  • Hillshire Brands Corporation

What Turkey Purchases are Eligible for This Lawsuit?


Customers who purchased any turkey product from one of the named turkey producers in the United States can participate in the lawsuit. The lawsuit directly references purchases made from January 2020 through January 2017.

Eligible turkey meat purchases include (but are not limited to) the following products:

  • Whole turkey

  • Turkey drums

  • Turkey breasts

  • Tenderloins

  • Turkey thighs

  • Turkey meat tails

  • Gizzards

  • Mechanically separated turkey

What Information Do I Need for This Turkey Class-Action Lawsuit?


According to case details, any consumer who purchased turkey from January 2020 to January 2017 can participate in the lawsuit. Although the companies listed have already agreed to the terms, the court has scheduled a final hearing for January 6, 2022.
